Application of QT 6-15 Automatic Block Making Machine:
1.This model is a multi-purpose machine. It can manufacture wall bricks, heat-insulating bricks, grass pavers, square pavers, slop protection pavers, road shoulder pavers, curbs, etc by simply changing the mould. When pressured, transform the excessive oil into vibration force. Computers control all directional vibration, frequency conversion, braking and cancellation of vibration energy consumption. Low frequency feeding, high frequency vibration and template suppressing vibration make the concrete fully liquefied and exhausted within two to three seconds. With the use of new technology, QT6-15 can produce 0.45 m2 blocks, 15pcs perforated bricks within 15 seconds, and QT8-15 model can produce 0.56 m2 blocks, 20pcs perforated bricks within 15s, notably raising working efficiency.
