To satisfy the requirement of fast and precise measuring and rapid locating during the measuring processing, based on years of optical design experience and automation control technology, we have developed the UNIL-AZ series optical motorized zoom lens and the controller.

Advantage of motorized zoom lens
Electronic fixing magnification function:
Combining the sensor technology and the microscope system optic technology, the auto zoom series products is able to identify the magnification information of the lens in realtime through the host computer, users do not need to calibrate when changing the magnification. Users can achieve fluent measuring because of avoiding the magnification selecting error.
Co-axial EPI illumination
Using infinity parallel lighting system, illumination without shadow.
The even illuminating design offers amplification effect with higher quality.
The co-axial illumination offers clear observing image when using high resolution cameras.
Motorized zooming
High speed zooming and focusing, high repeatability, using hih performance DC servo motor, full close-loop control.
The motion controller achieves single axis or double axis control through 9 PINs RS232 interface.
Keep stable in vibrating environment.
Dented zooming
High accuracy zooming, high repeatability.
15 section mechanical locating.
Using high rigidity alloy material, ling life cycle, stable mechanical structure.
Fine adjusting device
Fine combination, able to adjust the focusing within 0mm-3mm (12mm) range.

Zero gap precise coordination, no effect to the image in any position.
