WFJ type super fine grinding machine, which is my company make the development and introduce the advantages of advanced products in Japan, according to the requirement of the crushing engineering and design of a new generation of super fine crushing equipment. The machine has stable technical performance, low noise, low power consumption, high efficiency, beautiful, use agile, cover an area of an area small, wide applicable scope, clean convenient cleaning, no dust flying, etc. This machine for crushing dry the fibrous materials and minerals have ideal effect. Compared with other models in our country, the products of uniform particle size distribution and the distribution range is narrow small, product temperature is low, especially adapted to the sugar, plastic powder, Chinese herbal medicine, defatted soy, fish meal, pesticides, urea, glucose and other heat-sensitive material crushing.
This machine includes three parts of main engine, auxiliary engine, electricity box and the corresponding pipe connection for an organic whole. In a cyclone separator and filter bag dust catcher auxiliaries, also can according to user’s requirements design and manufacture of the split type structure. Host except with a crushing device also equipped with centrifugal air separation classification unit, air separation type centrifugal grading, without sieve net, can be adjusted and controlled particle size of products. Work principle:
1 the main structure: this machine consists of frame, infinitely adjustable-speed machine, main motor, feed hopper, crushing chamber. Crushing room is equipped with classification device, lining, crushing blade and other main components, classification shaft installed in the hollow of the grinding spindle, bearing carry the labyrinth seal.
2 how it works: material from hopper to pile up, screw conveying shaft smash material into indoor, material by high-speed impact crushing blade and shear, as well as high frequency vibration caused by eddy current.
