1. Features

1.1 The CNC machine is suitable for fine and rough turning of cylinder and inner hole, inner and outer taper, surfacing, curving of the ferrous, grooving, drilling, threading and grinding on ferrous and nonferrous metal, non-metal materials with carbide and porcelain cutting tools.

1.2 Maximum speed of spindle can be reached to 2000 rpm during finish milling.

1.3 Main drive unit adopts AC spindle servo motor within two steps ZF gearbox. High-speed rotating of workpiece are balanced in static or dynamic pattern. Transmission gears with 5 grade precision are specially grounded to fulfill high efficient transmission, lower noise and smooth running at high speed turning.

1.4 .Feed system is driven by AC servo motor that is joined to precision ballscrew with flexible coupling to achieve backlash-free transmission and high precision turning.

1.5 The column, with thermal symmetric construction, goes through finite element analysis (FEA) and locates on the machine base. Effective vibration-absorption mechanism is adopted to ensure high rigidity and strong anti-vibration ability.

1.6 The table is with thermal-symmetric construction. The spindle is centered by high-precision double-row short cylindrical roller bearing whose radial clearance can be adjusted. With large high-precision thrust ball bearing on axial direction as rolling guideway, the table has high rotating precision, heavy load ability and smaller deformation.

1.7 Dual-direction linear motion (LM) roller guideway is applied to ensure high effective transmission and good precision reliability in the head and ram feed movement.

1.8 CNC system is equipped with powerful SINUMERIK 840D CNC system. Other CNC system, ie. Fanuc 18i, Heidenhain Itnc530, etc also can be provided on request.

1.9 Chip conveyer, 10-p tool magazine and splash guards are equipped as standard.

1.10 On request, tool setting device, oil chilling unit, fully-closed-loop control system, etc can be equipped with the machine.

2. Machine Body

The main body of the machine is made of high rigid resin castings with thermal stress relief aging treatment. Small cast iron bodies are hardened with high temperature. All the steel parts are thermal refined.
