1. Features
The CNC double column VTL model CK5240-1 is a super rigid machine with big machining capacities, stable & rigid structure, heavy job load and high machining efficiency.
Functions: 1. I.D. turning, O.D. turning, end-facing,
2. cone turning,
3. grooving, parting / cut off,
4. drilling, boring, reaming,
5. curve cutting,
6. threading, etc.
2. Machine main structure
AC 55 kW main motor and gear box are adopted for drive of the table so that infinite variable speeds can be achieved within each speed range. Double row cylindrical roller bearing is equipped under the table. Precision ballscrews are used for drive of tool head vertically & horizontally. The cone inner ring of the bearing can eliminate radial clearance effectively for high precision and stable machining at high speed.
3. Hydrostatic working table
Features of hydrostatic table adopted with constant flow synchronous pump:
a. low friction for permanent life of table,
b. heavy load capacity on table,
c. oil film between machine base and table absorbs cutting vibration & loads,
d. a safety mechanism controls the hydrostatic pressure for optimum safety.
4. CNC system, control panel & electric cabinet
Siemens 802D s.l. CNC controller with reliable electrics (mainly ABB, Schneider, Siemens) is equipped on the machine. Centralized operation button and control panel stand is fitted for easier operation (German tech.)
