Closed cooling tower is a kind of closed coolers, it is applied in the manufacturing industry, using water for cooling equipment are common, the traditional water-cooling water consumption is large, the high cost of operation and use of equipment maintenance, does not conform to the environmental protection and energy saving operation strategy. 

This series of  cooling tower  working fluid closed circulation , adopts copper , aluminum fins , etc., as thermal conductivity, heat exchange transfer through the air . The advantage of the cooling tower is no scaling , no furring ( circulation water stabilizer ) , high heat transfer efficiency , low operating costs.

 

Working principle

The working fluid (water or other liquid), is circulated in the heat  and closed cooling tower tube. The quantity of heat of working fluid flows through coil in the form of sensible heat heat transfer to the water flowing through the coil appearance. The water absorb the quantity of heat of the fluid and then fall into the water tray, and then by spray pump,spray pipe arrived to the spray nozzle.Warm spray water on the packing surface to form a thin film, has reached the best cooling effect, the ventilator system are start at the same time, make a lot of outside air enter into wind grid. Air and water in direct contact with the filler surface, a small part of the water evaporation, in the process of the evaporation, spray water in the form of  latent heat to  transfer heat, saturated air pass through the fan into the air, thus the heat will dissipation, The rest of the spray water is transport to cooling the coil , so the cycle

 

Structural characteristics 

Countercurrent packing design is very suitable for winter operation, packing part are completely surrounded by a casing wall, avoid direct contact with freezing air, thereby preventing packing parts freeze. Countercurrent design temperature gradient is more uniform, can reduce the ice resistance, improve the possibility in winter operation.
