9. Stainless steel less than 6mm and mild steel less than 8mm, you can just use air to laser cut (no required oxygen gas). Good cutting effect, maximizing reducing use-cost.

This nesting software is mainly applied to metal laser cutting machine.The main features are as follow:
a.Offering auto-nesting solution for metal plates,the utilization rate is much higher than that of the conventional nesting.
b.During metal processing,the optional cutting result can be achieved after outputting laser beam for a while.In order to cut all the images within one time without laser beam internal,we provide Load-in/Load-out Line,Bridge Cutting and Micro-connection functions,if won’t influence the cutting efficiency and can ensure good result
c.Providing rest material nesting function.After extracting the contour of the rest material,it can do second nesting and make good use of the material,especially for noble metal cutting,saving material and cost greatly
d.For graphics with jointed edges,it only needs processing once,improving working efficiency and saving material
<2> Fast pattern digitizing
The software can identify the contours of several metal work pieces via a smart camera and generate files for the cutting jobs with fast speed and eliminating pattern making
<3>Auto-recognition
Depending on your requirements,the software can realize auto edge-detection for various images on the sheet metal,increasing assed value to the products
<4>Precision cutting
The sheet metal cutting job with images within 1500mm*3000mm can be done all in one single processing step with high precision and traying free(repeatability:0.1mm,minimum line width:0.1mm).The following focus assures the continuous cutting on different surfaces and also precision drilling,notching and cutting on metal tubes
<5>Unloading management
a.Provide decomposition of the graphics functions.Support DXF2000,DXF2004 and PDF file format,and close graph import,and Goldenlaser’s patent GLD file format for the output function.If the import of PLT or DXF file containing mutilple design,the software is able to automatically typesetting graphics is decompased separate graphics
b.To provide processing track for customers and display this track.Export GLD format,laser processing according to the export track,also can provide NC code in welding machine

According to the requirements,charaters marking,various images shading marking and scribing on metals can be achieved which ensures the practically and improve the quality
