Cold compress

Hot compress

2. It can promote meridian running smoothly and has the function of promoting blood circulation. Compress the related part to clear the discomfort of stomach cold and menstruation barrier symptoms.
Usage:
1. Cold compress: put the cold/hot packs into freezer to be refrigerated for half an hour before taking out for use.
2. Hot compress: put the cold/hot packs into microwave oven to be warmed for 100 seconds for each time, and for 60 seconds in the second time if they are used continuously.
Pay attention:
Hot and cold agents should always be used with caution.
1. Cold or ice should never be applied directly to the skin. In order to avoid a too low or a too high temperature, a barrier, such as a towel or cotton cloth should be placed between the cold packs and the skin's surface to keep skin and nerve from damaging at the beginning.
