Preface
HC-202 series Low Pressure Foaming Machine was designed for rigid and soft PU furniture production line.
It consists of frame work, material day tanks, water chiller / heater, gear pumps, inverters, high speed stirrer, PLC computer control system and other latest upgraded elements.
Its HMI provides powerful function menu when planted with temperature control, pressure, speed parameter settings, pouring recipes, faults alarm and so on.
To cater different production requirements for numerous customers, we have developed multi-composition and –function equipment for the market, which have played a big role in stimulating the development speed on polyurethane industry around the world.
Application scope of polyurethane (PU) injection machine:
PU wood imitation furniture; decorative construction materials, shoes and soles, seat cushions, moto seats, Car seats, Ice box, chilling tanks, PU toys and dolls, art works, carton figures and so on.

Electrical control system
1. Fully controlled by PLC system
2. Large PCL touch screen computer. Figures of temperature, pressure, rotation speed are
all displaying in the color screen.
3. Alarm function with acoustic warning.
Equipment Introduction
1. Two day 300L tanks for Raw Material A(Pol) and B(ISO). Tanks can be added according to your
componenets. If your products needs colorant, then three day tanks can be realized.
2. Employing PLC central control system, Automatic calibrate metering pump, real time data saving and
inquiry, bilingual language program displaying corresponding values for temperature, pressure,
rotation speed, and proportion.
3. Mixture head\'s main shaft can reach 8600 r/min, saving raw material and production costs,
reducing wash times, improving production effiency and ensuring products quality.
4.Tank adopts double layers for temperature insulation, which ensures raw materials in your
expected temperature, saving energy and electric;
5. Material hoses and pipelines are employing Thermal conductive insulation layers for ideal
temmperature for materials circulation, realizing the raw materials have constant temperature
during conveying process.
