This machine is mainly used to produce both diacetate fiber filter rods and polypropylene fiber filter rods and grooved filter.
Specifications:
This machine is mainly used to produce both diacetate fiber filter rods and polypropylene fiber filter rods and grooved filter rods, and is applicable to a wide range of raw materials .It has lower requirements for auxiliary materials and has high cost performance ratio. With seven-vane expansion and shrinkage fabric tape wheel, it can effectively control the errors in filter-rod length .The machine has simple construction and steady and reliable performance, easy to operate, and filter rods meet the requirements for high-speed butting and installing.ZL21 Type fiber filter rod shaping machine is composed of YL11 opening & gluing machine and YL21 filter rod shaping machine. It uses diacetate fiber filament bundle and polypropylene fiber filament bundles as raw materials, and through such procedures as air opening, screw opening, gluing, packing androlling, side sealing, shaping and cutting, manufactures the filter rods of equal length that comply with the requirements for butting and installing.
