"Saturn" series is especially developed for fabric and home textile industry by Golden Laser. Its continuous flying laser engraving technology is a national initiative. At present, Golden Laser is the only laser equipment manufacturing enterprise to own such product.
It adopts triaxial dynamic galvanometer engraving technology and can do flying engraving on fabrics on rolls, which means the machine engraves fabrics while moving the fabrics. There is no need of pausing and graphic nesting and it needs only one-time to finish engraving, punching, cutting and other integrated processing on fabrics, thus achieving continuous and automatic processing on fabrics in rolls.
"Saturn" series has the advantages of high speed, high accuracy, good processing effect, easy operation, high value-added and strong features, etc. Compared with traditional dyeing processing technology, it has the advantages of no pollution, short process-cycle, no need of pattern making, easy and convenient graphic making and modification. The images engraved are clear and three-dimensional and can fully demonstrate true nature of the fabric texture and last for a long time. It creates a now production technology and this is a innovative revolution for fabric industry.

Machine Feature
(1) ,It is especially designed for continuous engraving and punching process.
(2), The width of the working table can reach 1600mm.
(3), It adopts triaxial dynamic processing system. There is no need of graphics nesting. It can do engraving, punching and cutting on textile fabric materials at one time.
(4), It adopts flying engraving technique which means engraving while moving the materials. There is no need of pausing for the materials to be engraved.
(5), It is suitable for large format engraving and greatly increases the quality and added-value of the materials.
(6), It has 300W RF metal laser tube for standard collocation. The processing speed is fast and the effect is precision.
(7), It is equipped with red light positioning device ensuring precise material feeding and processing quality.
(8), 5 inch LCD screen CNC operating system supports multiple data transmission mode and can run in offline and online modes.

It is suitable for engraving and punching on textile,cloth,leather, suede and denim fabrics,carpet for home textile,bedding,curtain,garment and accessories,sofa,automotive interior,upholstery industry etc.
