extruding pre-gelatinized nutrition powder production line
I. Brief Instruction
1. As people living standard is increasing day by day,puffed health care products and
nutrient powder are sent to thousands of households as gifts. Based on foreign technology,
our company develops new automatic nutrient powder processing line by ourselves. It turns
traditional stirfrying grain into using high temperature and high pressure to extrude and puff
. Extruding machine modifies the properties of starch, which is good for absorbing the
nutrition by human body. The nutritional value is higher than traditional processing line.
2. The model is DR65-III, the output is 120-150kg/h.
3. Extruder screws quantity is two.
4. The main body material is stainless steel, which is easy to be cleaned.
5. The screws material is 38CrMoAl, which is wear-resisting.
6. The processing line needs two workers to operate.
7. We advice the plant area is no less than 100 square meters, the length is no less than 20
meters.
8. Process flow: (Raw material)---mixing---conveying---extruding & puffing---conveying---drying--- milling---(packing)
9. Equipments: Mixer---Screw Conveyor---Extruder---Air conveyor---Dryer--- Grinder---(Packing machine)
10. The temperature and rotating speed can be controlled and adjusted.
11. The processing line has self-cleaning function.
