Waterjet Intensifier Pump Main parts
The UP intensifier pump is the main part of water cutting configuration system. It is composed by pressurizer, accumulator, oil pump, dynamo, reversing valve, relief valve, high pressure pipe line, low pressure pipe line, oil pipe and frame.
Our Intensifier Pump Features
1) The core parts---ceramic piston rod, high pressure cylinder, one-way valve with plug group and seals for high and low pressure are made in USA.
2) The Siemens main dynamo.
3) Perfect Water-purify System: purify the water into 0.45μm, which extend the water jet cutting head service life.
4) The pressure can be adjust manually, which is suitable for low pressure drilling.
5) Multiple alarming and protection devices, which will shut down to protect the machines.
