Usage: It is applicable to various inspections and benchmark planes for accuracy measurement. It can be used as the measurement benchmark for machine tool inspection and to inspect the dimension accuracy or running difference with the function of performing precise lineation. It is an inevitable tool during machine manufacturing.
Materials and Processing: The material of our surface plate/table is high strength cast iron HT200-300,working surface degree of hardness is HB170-240, undergoes two manual handlings(artificial annealing 600-700 degrees with natural aging 2-3years) to make the product stable in accuracy and good in grinding resistance.
Precision: According to the national standards measurement examination regulations execution, respectively is 0,1,2,3.
