Shell Rolling Mill

Shell rolling is the main deforming process in seamless pipe production. It aims to clear up longitudinal uneven wall thickness occurred during piercing and make the wall thickness close to or reach that of finished steel pipe.

We mainly produce auto-shell rolling mill, Accu-Roll rolling mill and 2roller limited-movement bar rolling mill with guiding shoe that is designed and developed by ourselves. Its pulling bar and guiding shoe form a long closed deforming area which has better effect. It is better than the same kind of shell rolling mill in shell specification, pipe quality and material consumption.

We are capable of producing various kinds of shell rolling mills ranging Ф70 ~Ф280mm.
