Dicyandiamide Formaldehyde Resin Decoloring Agent IBC Packing for Water Treatment
Description:
Dicyandiamide Formaldehyde Resin is a decolorant with high efficient for textile effluent color treatment, low dosage and low volume sludge and low cost. It is a cationic copolymer of quaternary , with characters of de-coloring, flocculating, CODcr decreasing and other application Specially used to remove color of waste water generated by textiles process houses and dyes industries and other field. It is specially working high performance with the dyeing wastewater containing the hydrophilic dyes (reactive dyes, acid dyes, disperse dyes etc.), less dosage, the color clear, fast speed, high processing liquid clarification of the settlement, but also reduce the composition of COD, improve the COD removal rate.

Application Methods:
| 1 | Have and test effluent PH, and adjust to 8-10, will let Dicyandiamide Formaldehyde Resin works well. |

2 |
Make solution of Dicyandiamide Formaldehyde Resin, mix with 40 times water to have 2.5% solution for use. |
|
3 |
Make solution of polyaluminium chloride(PAC), with 2-5% Al2O3 |
|
4 |
Have solution of Polyacrylamide (Polyelectrolyte), 0.1%. |

5 |
Have effluent and adjust pH value to 8-10. |
|
6 |
Dose PAC solution, mix with effluent completely. about 1-3 minutes |
|
7 |
Add BWD-01 solution, mix with effluent completely, about 5-10 minutes |
|
8 |
Dose 1-2ppm polyelectrolyte, mix slowly to have big floc, settling |
|
9 |
Check color for treated effluent, and calculate the dosage. |
Package:
It is harmless, no-flammable and non-explosive, it can be stored at room temperature, it can not be placed in the sun. It is packaged in plastic drums with each containing 30kg, 50kgs, 250kg, 1250kg , or others according to the requirements of clients. The product would show slightly stratification or appear white at low temperature. There is no negative impact on the performance after mixing up.
