Formaldehyde-free Glass Wool InsulationIntroduction
Formaldehyde-free glass wool is advanced in environmentalfriendly materials and binder
without formaldehyde, and manufactured by centrifugal technique into rolls, boards and pipes.
It means they are completely safe to handle. The color is white to different from the normal glass
wool. Uses are the same with normal glass wool insulation and superior performance either.
Applications
l Thermal and cold insulation of walls, roofs and floors for building and industry.
l Acoustic absorption especially for construction.
l Heat supplying piping insulation in commercial, industrial and petrochemical piping applications.
l Insulation for air-conditioning duct system.
Advantages
l Formaldehyde-free without harm to human.
l Grade A non-flammable.
l Weak alkaline (PH7.5-8.0) with centrifugal technology don’t lead to rust of steel.
l Superior moisture resistance with < 0.2% moisture absorption.
l Good rebound even fold.
l High tear strength yet readily cut with a sharp blade.
