Customized Flat Molten steel filtering part
It is made of high silica roving in 3 warp yarn and 3 weft yarn weave way and then make molding by coating phenolic resin under high temperature.The finished product is 360~380g/m2,mesh size of 1.5mm/8mesh,2mm/7mesh or 2.5mm/6mesh,standing temperature 1600C.It is used for filtering impurity when molten steel casting,we process it into different size as per client’s drawing,the products are as follows:
1. 7mesh,2mm aperture,2’’*2’’,45 degree angle cutting
2. 6mesh,2.5mm aperture,2’’*2’’
3. 7mesh,2mm aperture,2.5’’*2.5’’
4. 6mesh,2.5mm aperture,3.5’’*3.5’’
5. 6mesh,2.5mm aperture,4.5’’*4.5’’
