Specifications of corrugated steel sheets

Color coated corrugated steel sheet/plates are widely used as new building material, including roofing and wall, they are made by cold-rolled galvanized sheet, and treated by degreasing, phosphate, chromate and others, coated with organic fluorine resin coating. They are manufactured through baking and profiling machine. 

Top coating (roller coating) is applied and then the product is oven cured for color performance, lifespan can reach more than 30 years. And color steel sheet/plate is high fireproofing, which is applicative in 500°C.
