API seamless steel pipe manufacturing process:Hot rolled (extrusion seamless): round tube perforation →
heating → three-roll rolling, rolling or extrusion → detached → sizing (or reducing) → cooling → billet tube
→ straightening → hydrostatic test (or testing) → mark → storage.
Cold drawn (rolled) seamless steel pipe: round perforated tube → heating→ annealing → pickling →
Heading oiled (copper) → multi-pass cold drawn (rolled) → billet tube → heat treatment → straightening →
hydrostatic test (testing) → mark → storage.
