ZNS series double-nip double-wire press washer is suitable for washing and thickening of all kinds of pulp in pulping and papermaking process. It can help reach higher thickening ratio and pulp outlet consistency of 25~35%. It is widely used in dispersion system of the waste paper pulp, bleaching system of the mechanical pulp with high consistency and the refining system of coarse rejects, etc. It can also be used in the forming stage of pulp board machine as well as the washing and thickening of mechanical pulp and straw pulp with low freeness.
Design features:
By applying the dehydration principle of double wedge-shaped wires, the dewatering filter plate and double pressing roll unit combine together difference are increased gradually, which results in the high thickening ratio and the stable outlet consistency kept between 25~35%.
The wire speed can be adjusted automatically so that the dewatering amount and outlet consistency can also be adjusted. All of these ensure the stable outlet consistency. It can be used in producing all kinds of pulp such as waste paper pulp, chemical pulp and mechanical pulp.
The two dewatering section consists of twin-wire wedged forming dewatering filter plate and double pressing roll unit. Its creative structure results in lower energy consumption during thickening (no vacuum is needed).
The press is controlled by PLC so as to keep the system operating more stably.
The loss of fiber can be reduced in white water.
