Features
XCMG RP802 road paving equipment is a construction machine mainly used for the paving project on the road base and surface for highway of various kind of material. This type of machine is the first one to have the most advanced technology, such as computers\' controlling system, sonic sensor, electric auto-leveling system, temper and electric-heat, Which makes the machine features with the same quality and reliability as that of the imported machine. Therefore, RP802 becomes the ideal equipment for the paving job on stabilized soil for road base and base and asphalt concrete for road surface.
The main features for RP802 Multi-Function Asphalt Concrete Pave:
* Material level controlled with sonic sensor technology, so as to achieve full proportional even material feeding;
* Centralized lubricating system ensures automatic and even lubricant feeding to bearings in high temperature;
* Auto-leveling system with electric auto-leveling technique;
* 575 Extendable(Conventional)Screed with specific technology of temper bars Pulsing-vibration and electric-heating;
* Adopted with an advanced, mature and reliable Deutz BF4M1013C Water-cooling Diesel Engine, with a strong power;
* Driving system with control for right and left hand separately; computer-control; auto-control technology for paving with constant speed;
* Traveling crawlers with large contacting surface ensure safe and reliable working performance even on poor conditioned roads;
* Control panel shows directly and clearly all-working functions, paving traveling speed; and could be mounted either at right or left hand.

Application
A paver (paver finisher, asphalt finisher, paving machine) is a piece of construction equipment used to lay
asphalt on roads, bridges, parking lots and other such places. It lays the asphalt flat and provides minor
compaction before it is compacted by a roller.The asphalt is added from a dump truck or a material
transfer unit into the paver\'s hopper. The conveyor then carries the asphalt from the hopper to the auger.
The auger places a stockpile of material in front of the screed. The screed takes the stockpile of material
and spreads it over the width of the road and provides initial compaction.
