Installation instruction
1. Check all parts of the machine, fasten them if loosen.
2. Machine should be kept where it is not accessible to people.
3. Use a grounding -type receptacle correctly in order to avoid leakage.
4. Users should bring along their own disconnect device, such as: knife-switch
5. Close the knife-switch breaker, pull out switch handle, give the machine a trial, if there is no unusual sound, users can put the machine to use.
Mixing
Mixing: pour the flours into the bucket, add 50% water to mix the flours for 5minutes.If dough turn together with conveyor, users just need to spread some dry flour.
Attention: Cover the machine cover when mixing. Do not put hand into the bucket when mixing.
After finish mixing the flour, break the power,take off the cover,whip out the bolt, bend over the bucket into 90 degree, fix on the bolt of bucket to take the dough. If dough is too big,use knife to cut the dough into smaller pieces. If it is difficult to take out the dough on the button of the bucket,turn over the bucket to take dough.
