Description:

1. HKJ series pellet mills are the new-designed products of our company and the main parts of the
fodder machinery system. They are widely used in feed factories, breed aquatics factories, organic
fertilizer factories, chemical factories, and China traditional medicine factories, etc. It can be used
together with powder material. Its capacity is superior in the same industry home and abroad.
2. The machine has such characters as compact structure, beautiful outline, high output, low energy loss,
convenient operation, and reliable capacity etc.
3. Our company supply many different ring dies, such as φ1.5, φ2, φ2.5, φ3, φ3.5, φ4, φ5, φ6, φ8, φ10,
φ12. It can be chosen according to different requirements.HKJ250,HKJ300,HKJ350,HKJ450,HKJ610 are
professional feed pellet mills. If you want to press 8mm feeds,We will install a 8mm hole ring die inside,
the machine can make 1.5-12mm diameter feed pellets just by changing the die inside the machine.
The material is put into screw feeder, then through adjusting speed-adjusting motor to change
speed, getting proper material flow, goes into adjustor through oar rod’s stirring. with steam to
conditioning material, after conditioning, the material temperature can reach 64-85 °C and moisture can
reach 13-15%, then through outlet and goes into pressing store. Key spare parts are made by ]CNC system,which can ensure machine high precision and quality.
4. The machine has adopted gradeless speed-adjusting motor to feed and installed ferromagnetic magnet system, overload protection device and
a limit switch to make sure the security. Besides, there are outer pellet-discharged structure and
pressure or oil pump lubricant system.The main structure of the feed pellet machine: It is made up of
feeder, conditioner, press room, security system and lubrication system. During working process the
moisture of mixing powder is not more than 15%. The material is feeded from the silo into the feeding
screw, then goes into conditioner through adjusting grade less speed-adjusting motor to change speed,
getting proper material flow, then goes into conditioner through oar rod’s stirring with steam to
conditioning material, after conditioning, the material temperature can reach 64-85 °C and moisture can
reach 14-16%, then through outlet and magnet goes into pressing store.
Animal Feed Pellet machine Working efficiency:
All feed machine can be with steam and without steam , difference as follows:
With steam :
1.materials with 0.1-0.4MPa steam will be more easily cured, pellets surface is more smooth and bright,
higher density.
2.materials with steam will be easily soft and easily pressed. It will be helpful to reduce mould friction,
enlarge its lifetime.
3.with steam, soft materials are 1/4 more capacity
Without steam:
1. by pressing process, temperature can reach cure degree too, but pellets surface is not so smooth and
bright.
2. materials without steam needs time to be soft, during pressing process, more friction between roller
and die. In this case, lower capacity too.
Note : if materials contain much protein and glucose, easily to press, there is no need to press pellets
with steam. It mostly depends on materials characteristic.
