With the aid of a special drawing technique, the cold drawn welded tube with a inside  smooth and 

compressed surface can directly used for the hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder application ( ready-to-use). The hoing or burnishing is not required. Compared to the seamless tube, the advantage of

the SSID reduce the wall thickness deviation and the material cost.

ID roughness: Ra ≤ 0.80u
Concentricity < 3%
Delivery status: BK or BKS
Honing or Burnishing process can be provided after SR on SSID tubes with H8 tolerance.
The welded tubes were approved by eddy current testing and ultrasonic testing.
Hydraulic cylinders were also approved by eddy current test.
Finished tubes are also tested by UT and ET,
Ultrasonic Test (EN10246-7),Eddy current test(EN 10246-3)
