ZM-3CPolycarboxylate Efficient Pumping Aid

ZM-3C is an efficientsuperplasticizer for concrete compounded by Polycarboxylate superplasticizer andwater-holding, plasticity-retaining and retarding ingredients, which has strongdispersibility on cement particles, obviously improves workability of concreteand reduces pipe resistance. It is characterized by good plasticity, low retardand air entrainment. It is non-toxic, pollution-free, and has no crystal underlow temperature or corrosion effect on reinforcing steel, does not containchlorine salt. It is applicable to all kinds of pumping concrete, commodityconcrete and large-volume concrete.

II.      Main technical performance

1.    Low mixing amount and high water-reducingrate: common mixingamount is 1%-2.5% of theweight of gelled materials. The water-reducing rate rises considerably withobvious advantage compared with traditional one .

2.    Operating performance: improve cohesivenessand fluidity of fresh concrete significantly.

3.    Low shrinkage: its shrinkage rate in 28 daysis under105% compared with more than 110% of traditional one, whichsignificantly increase stability of the concrete volume and will greatly lowerthe cracking rate of the structural concrete.

4.    Obvious strengthening effect: with the sameslump and same cement consumption, the water-reducing rate of the referenceconcrete is 20-30% and strength of concrete increases considerably.

5.    Good anti-permeability and durability: ithas certain air entraining effect and can improve air content in concrete.Compared with the reference concrete, the anti-permeability index can increaseby more than 50%. Its total alkali content is extremely little, reducingpossibility of alkali-aggregate reaction. Meanwhile, it significantly improvescompactibility, durability and anti-permeability of concrete, avoids intrusionof chloridion, sulfate ion and other harmful substances.

6.    Special function: when high-strengthconcrete (C60-C80) is being prepared, its elasticity modulus,anti-permeability, creep resistance, durability and other high-performanceindexes can satisfy requirements.

7.    Environmentally friendly: being an environmentally-friendlygreen product, it does not contain substances harmful to humans and environment.

III.     Usage

1.    Mixing amount: 1%-1.5%, water-reducing rate: 20-38%. It can bedetermined within the recommended scope (the special adjustment and preparationshall be conducted for engineering with special requirements) according to itsadaptability to cement, changes in climate and slump of concrete and otherrequirements. The adaptability with cement shall be tested in advance accordingto the mixture ratio of concrete when this product is being used,.

2.    This product shall be added with mixingwater.

IV.     Package and storage

1.    This product shall be sealed forwaterproofing during storage and there shall be specially-assigned personnel incharge of the tank truck after it has transported to the site and independentstorage container sealed for waterproofing.

2.    Shelf life: 1 year.
