Grouting Agent

Grouting agent hasexcellent properties such as minimum inflation, non-contracting, high fluidity,self-compaction, extremely low bleeding rate, high filling degree, thinnerlayer and small diameter of air foam, high strength, rust protection andresistance, low alkali and out of chloride, high bonding degree, green andenvironmentally friendly. It does not contain constituents harmful to reinforcingsteel bar, such as oxide, chloride, sulfite and nitrite, which is groutingagent produced by high-performance plasticizer, surface active agent,silico-calcium micro-expanding agent, hydration heat inhibitor, migrating rust resistance,nanoscale mineral calcium silicon aluminum iron powder and stabilizer orgrouting materials mixed with low alkali low-heat portland cement.

I.  Property

1.    Good fluidity, high strength, no bleeding,no delamination

2.    Good durability, inorganic groutingmaterial, no aging, no corrosion for reinforcing steel bar, durability andfirmness

3.    Grouting has features such as repletion,early strength and micro-expansion.

4.    The product is of high filling, and subjectto one-time grouting construction. Slurry in the pipe is dense and void-free.

5.    Pre-stressed reinforcing steel bar is freeof corrosion and is firmly bonded with concrete.

6.    Easy to use. 8-12% grounding agent mixedwith Portland cement will produce micro expansion grouting material.Recommended mixing amount: 10%
