Product information:
This product is mainly suitable for powder&powder and powder&liquid stirring mixture, specially can mix paste, viscous or a large proportion of material, which adopt Horizental U-shaped barrel double layer blender stirring structure, outer ribbon pushing into, inner ribbon pushing out, to make material softness, shear and dislocation that achieve the ourpose of rapid mixing uniformity, is a high effciency, high homogeneity, high loading coefficient, low energy consumption, low pollution and low cracked new type mixing equipment.
Product Features:
Horizontal ribbon mixer is composed of driving part, double ribbon mxer and U-shaped barrel.
Outer ribbon swirling forms match up rotation direction to push material from the middle to both ends, and inner ribbon push material from middle to both ends. Ribbon have different angle and direction ways to make material producing different flowing direction. Material is through by different convective circulation, shearing and mixing to achieve rapid mixing.
According to different products requirements can design different cylinder: including U-shaped barrel, O type barrel and 270 º barrel.
According to different material performance can choose different stirring blades: inner and outer continuous ribbon type, broken ribbon blades type, large paddles type.
If product performance is special that also can design high speed mixing fly-cutter.
When material proportion is in the 1‰, its mixing uniformity can reach 98%.
