Description:
This sheet extrusion line is equipped vertical three roller calendar, with high performance output extruder, die, screen change system, cooling rocket, haul off unit, cutting unit and etc. This line is suitable to produce PE/PP/PS single-layer and multi-layers sheet with thickness of 0.1mm to 10mm and width of up to 2100mm.
Use single or double screw extruder to make multi layer and multi size of sheet. High quality T-die made by JC times. With distributor inside. Gradient three-roll calender, make the operation and maintenance more convenient. There are individual motors for calender roller. Also can be in synchronization It adopts PLC control,the actual parameter setting, data and the feedback operation, the alarm and other functions of automationApplications:
The finished sheet is widely used in making plate,trays, and other package material. Usually used for food, medicine and industry packing.
