Description:

1. This production line consists of belt conveyor, metal detector, single-screw extruder, hydraulic screen changer, mould, water-ring pellet cutter, vibration sieve, blowing system and storage silo.

2. Production Process:

Feeding → Compacting → Extruding → Cooling → Wind blowing → Cutting → Selecting.

3. Production capacity: 150-550kg/h. 
After drying the water content can reach 2-5% (according to the thickness of film).

4. This whole production line was automatic control, structure arrangement compact, high production efficiency, nice cleanness.

5. This series PP PE film pelletizing line adopt proper extruding moulds, screws and auxiliaries machine, PE/PP water-ring pelletizing machine can used for granulating many kind of raw material  such as PE,PP,XPS,EPS,ABS and so on.
