Triple pulse dust catcher is a type of dust removal equipment developed by our company on the basis of bold assumption of integrating the principles of whirlwind dust catcher, pulse dust catcher and air cleaning, rising the dedusting efficiency to a new high. It has been widely applied to such industries as non-ferrous metals, metallurgy, building materials, chemical engineering and food processing. Bag-type dust catcher has been a type of dust removal equipment for a century.
The reason why triple dust catcher gains so rapid development in various industries is that it has special advantages:
(1) High dedusting efficiency. Dust gas flows into stage-one cyclone dust catcher through the air inlet and then into the stage-two pulse dust catcher after dedusted. The dedusting efficiency is generally over 90.0%. The dedusted gas then again goes into the air cleaner for purification so that the dedusted gas it contains will exceed 99.99%.
(2) It has good effect to collect submicron dust, so that the dust content of the gas at the outlet of the dust catcher is less than 30mg/m3, even less than 5mg/m3 at lowest.
(7) Lots of technological improvement in design raise the dedusting efficiency and gain certain results and meet the emission standard of environmental protection. Comparing the economy and technology, triple dust catcher is more beneficial and economical.
(4) It is insensitive to the quality of dust. When used to remove flay ash, it is immune to specific resistance.
(5) The equipment is so simple that it is convenient for repair without senior skilled workers.
(6) Thanks to scientific development, especially the development of new filter materials, improvement of dedusting technology, leap development of control technique, triple dust catcher has the lifetime prolonged, the failure rate lowered and the dedusting control to be reliable. Thus the range of use expands further.
(3) Permissible variation range of treated gas content and dust content is wide, and the dedusting efficiency is stable.
