2. The mounting angle can be adjusted 90degree, so it can be used for vertical poles and horizontal poles;

3. Mounting hole is 62mm(diamater), so it is suitable for street light poles of less than 62mm;

Materials checking:

Before we start the production, we will check all materails carefully first, and take the defective materials;

Aging testing:
100% of these 150watts led street lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to test its quality reliability, and will also test its temperature after 24 hour\'s working;

Waterproof testing:

LED street lamps will be used outdoor, so it should be 100% waterproof; if water get into the lamps, it may cause danger; to make sure 100% of our lamps are 100% waterproof, we do waterproof testing on every finished lamps;

After we finished aging, our QC will test each lamp carefully again, they will check that if any of led has been damaged during the aging, also test the total power of each item.

We will make sure that 100% of them will be in perfect condition while in customer\'s hand.
