Thepig receiver & launcher belong to attachment of gas pipeline, can be usedfor transferring pipeline of various medium, and are generally installed onboth sides of main pipeline. It is used to launching and receiving pig. It canbe designed to be double used according to requirement of users. Its mainstructure includes tube body, fast opening blind plate and relativeconnections.
Structurefeatures:
Thematerial and pressure-bearing ability of pig receiver & launcher must meetthe requirement of design and medium. Fast opening blind plates of clip-type,locking ring and clip insert can be chosen. They have the advantages ofreasonable structure, good sealing performance, quick open-closure, convenientoperation and reliable use. Simultaneously the clip insert fast opening blindplate has features of convenient open and secure self-locking, that provideseasier and safer operation. Except secure self-locking, the clip-type fastopening blind plate achieves no opposite rotation between sealing ring andsealing surface while locking the blind plate. So the sealing system isprotected well. The locking ring type is as the same as clip-type, has greatpressure-bearing ability and better performance.
