The insulating joint of gaspipeline, produced by Shenyang Wensheng Instrument Co.,Ltd, is used among theequipments, such as transportation pipeline, gas pressure regulating, measuringand storage. Features of insulating joint:
The insulating joint of gas transportationpipeline adopts integrated extrusion-welding, not bolt or flange welding. Theinsulating joint slaps the insulating material and sealing material into thesleeve, and then fixes them. After installing the insulating joint, innercomponents are fixed at relevant position. Under soil pressure and prescriptoperation pressure of pipeline, as well as water pressure test in the factoryor at the spot, the whole insulating joint keeps well. The sealing parts ofinsulating joint are close to the insulating plate in the joint. It haseverlasting elasticity. Because two sides of sealing part directly touch withthe exposed metal surface without moving, tightness of joint is ensured.
