The quick open blind plate,is used for pressure pipeline or circle opening of pressure container, also canquickly open or close, belongs to mechanical device. It generally consists ofcylinder flange, head cover, yoke, sealing ring, safety interlock mechanism,switching mechanism, tumbler and other parts.
Classification of quick openblind plate:
1 Paddle wheel quick openblind plate: It adopts concentric two-bar blind plate. There is neitherrelative moving nor attrition among blind plate and sealing part. So thesealing part will not be damaged.
2 Locking ring quick openblind plate: It provides quick switch structure for receiver & launcher oflevel or vertical pipeline. It is designed to open any kind of upright orhorizontal pressure container in short time. It has more reliable and safeoperation than other quick open blind plate. Other quick open blind plate inany size could not open or close in less than one minute without specialinstrument.
3 Three-lipped clamp quickopen blind plate: Due to no relative motion between sealing surface of blindplate and sealing ring, the whole system gets better sealing effect. The threelips simultaneously move while locking, and bear averaged force. So length ofopen screw is reduced and the switch is more flexible and reliable. Simultaneouslystress area of bite teeth is enlarged. This kind of quick open blind plate ismore suitable for gas pipeline with high pressure and large diameter.
