Cutting Set
Important part of aac block cutting machine . One set cutting machine consists of one horizontal cutter, one vertical cutter, one cutting cart, and specific rail for cutting cart. (tongue and groove making device, hand-holding hole making device and vacuum sucking cover are optional).
Cutting wires on horizontal cutter are fixed on guide pillars while on vertical cutter each wire is tensioned by compressed air cylinder.
After the tilting hoister puts the cake on the first cutting cart then it carries the cake through horizontal cutter. When the cake arrives vertical cutting section, it will be jacked up to reduce vibration and cut on vertical cutting machine. Through the driving motion of chain, the gear box makes the cutting frames move up and down meanwhile the two cutting frames swing with equal force from both sides.
The air cylinder tension device drives the cutting wire to do reciprocating motion, and thus form transverse cutting action.

(When mortar joint is less than 3mm, take thermal conductivity coefficient of wall as 1; when mortar joint is more than 3mm, take thermal conductivity coefficient of wall as 1.5). Based on the history of the aerated concrete development, only high quality products can bring a prosperous market.
