Tilting Conveyor for Cap Sterilization is used for the sterilization of the bottle cap and internal air after hot filling, it can reduce the quantity of microorganism in the bottle and guarantee the assurance period of beverage;
After hot filling, the beverage bottle is sent to the tilting conveyor via the conveyor, the bottle turns from upright condition to lying condition automatically. During this period, the beverage fully mixes with the bottle cap and internal air, by utilizing the beverage temperature, it realizes the secondary sterilization of the bottle cap and internal air.
