Multifunction Calibrator Multimeter Electronic Measuring Device Powerful Calibration Instrument

I.Use and Features:

HG30-3 multi-

function calibrator is the intelligent AC, DC standard voltage and current calibration instrument (in which AC output is displayed by true RMS value). The instruments have three display windows, which can display output actual value, the percentage and full scale value of the measured instruments at the same time. Output range of instruments can be set up on the basis of full scale value of measured instruments, and the corresponding stepping amount can be chosen on the basis of the calibration of measured instruments. Output regulation can be controlled by keyboard (keys) or potentiometer. The features of the instrument lie in digital display, direct-reading error, a wide range, detailed gears, high accuracy, good stability, easy to use etc.It can be applied to test, inspection, maintenance of 4 1/2 digital avometer, a variety of pointer-type AC,DC voltage under 0.2 and 0.5 and ammeter. It also can be used for testing power supply with high stability, combined with high-grade standard meter to proof-read 0.1 ammeter and voltmeter.

II.the Main Functions:

1. 5 1 / 2 LED digit displays output, which displays simultaneously by two ways, one bases on actual value, 

the other bases on percentage.

2. Use the keyboard to control the increase or decrease of the output. Keyboard control volume is divided into

 100% / N, 10% / N, 1% / N, 0.1% / N (N for 4, 5, 6, 10, 15).

3. The regulator with external control can control the increase or decrease of output, there are two types of 

configuration which include keyboard and potentiometer, and they can converse with each other casually.

4. Output range of AC, DC voltage is 0 ~ 1050V

5. Output range of AC, DC current is 0 ~ 20A

6. AC offers four kinds of output frequency: 50Hz, 60Hz (59.7Hz), 400Hz, 1000Hz, and uses crystal oscillator to 

ensure the accuracy and stability of frequency.

7. Output overload is able to protect automatically, and reset manually.

8. In order to reduce beat frequency influence of measured instrument, AC 50Hz output can also choose to 

synchronize their electricity.

9. clamp-meter measurement: equipped with standard coil of our factory, 0 ~ 1000A current is measurable, and

margin of error is ± 0.3%.

IV. Technical Performance: 

DC < 0.01% / 5 minutes of full range 

Instruments should be preheated for two hours for precision measurement

5 .The range and accuracy of the output voltage, current, as well as the medium resistance  (Attach list 1) (23 C

 ± 2 C, the value of output is more than 10% of the range)
