A steel cable roller is devised in the little cart moving along the rail on the top of the tank.Bleow the riller is hung a hydraulic grabbing bucket that can be closed and opened.The bucket slides down along the fixed screen in the middle of the tank to grab the rubbish or floating substances in the sewage,the hydraulic hose elevating synchronously with the steel cable convevs the instruction of the hydraulic station in the cart for controlling the close and open operating.The rakers of the grabbing bucket will close and elevate to the tank top ,after which,the little cart will move to the place of rubbish chute.The rakers of the grabbing bucket will release for discharging the scum.Then,the little cart will return and stiop at the next shaft for further operation.
