The product is a kind ofwater solubility film formation corrosion inhibitor, which is composed ofhome-grown composite pyridine quaternary ammonium salt as main ingredients,other synergist and surfactant. Non-polar groups in the molecule can effectivelyprevent CO₂、H₂S corrosion medium from metallocal corrosion. And while the hydrophilic groups are firmly adsorbed on themetal surface and form a dense protective film. So it can keep a long time formetal against corrosion. It has a good protection, especially for hydrogenembrittlement and pitting which are produced by high concentrations of CO₂system. Also, it has a good anti-corrosion for H₂S local corrosion.The product has good heat stability and chemical stability.

Obviously corrosioninhibition properties effect on CO₂、H₂S andresistance to high salinity.

It is applicablefor protecting oilfield water injecting pipeline corrosion and equipmentcorrosion. It has a good protection function for not more that 20% CO₂、H₂S and other acid gases, as well as not more than 200000 mg/Lsalinity saltwater corrosion environment.

Calculated byliquid production capacity, generally add 50ppm. Appropriately increase amount forthe severe corrosion area. The corrosion rate can reach more than 80%. As forthe high salinity area, dilute by tap water to 10-20%, and then add it.
