Andwith the increase of acid concentration, the rise of temperature and pressure,it shows a clear rising trend. Choosing the appropriate corrosion inhibitor onthe basis of the process conditions is important guarantee to ensure the smoothconstruction safety.
The product is composed ofhome-grown composite pyridine quaternary ammonium saltas main ingredients, acertain amount of synergist and surfactants. It has good dispersibility in HCland mud acid. It has a good corrosion protective effect in high concentration HCl,mud acid and other organic acid corrosion environment. It has wide range applicationfor various kinds of acid. It can also be applicable for acid cleaning pipelinework.
Applicable for lowand intermediate temperature acidizing, superior performance and high costperformance
It is applicablefor oil well acidizing fracturing technology to control equipment corrosion. Itcan be used in oil well acidizing fracturing work process at the temperatureof60~90℃, in 15~20%HCl and high concentration mudacid.
The product is packaged with 200Lplastic drum, and net weight is 200 kg per drum. If customers need specialpackaging, we can pack it as customer’s request. The product should be storedin a ventilated, cool, dry storeroom and should be away from the fire. Productis valid for two years.
