The product is akind of water solubility film formation corrosion inhibitor, which is composedof home-grown Composite pyridine quaternary ammonium salt as main ingredients,other synergist and surfactant. It can be applicable for petroleum, natural gasexploitation and gathering & transportation to protect pipelines inner wallfrom corrosion. It has good protection function for CO2, H2S,and other acid gases, as well as high salinity saltwater corrosion environment.

It is applicablefor gathering & transportation pipelines containing high partial pressureCO2, H2S and other acid gases, as well as high salinitysaltwater corrosion. Also, it can be applicable for oilfield injection CO2displacing oil technical process. High partial pressure CO2 cancontrol pipeline corrosion in the process.
Calculated byliquid production capacity, generally add 30~50ppm. Appropriately increaseamount for the severe corrosion area. The corrosion rate can reach more than80%. As for the high salinity area, dilute by tap water to 10-20%, and then addit.
The product is packaged with 200Lplastic drum, and net weight is 200 kg per drum. If customers need specialpackaging, we can pack it as customer’s request. The product should be storedin a ventilated, cool, dry storeroom and should be away from the fire. Productis valid for two years.
