Description
Drum Lifter DM500 series is a professional tool used for lifting, transporting and stowing 33 gallon and 55 gallon steel or polyethylene drums open or closed head type. With all-steel construction Lifting Drum Tong DM500, Lifting Drum Hoist DM500B and Drum Pincer DM500C can work easily with overhead hoist or hook form forklift to grab, lift and transport most steel and plastic rimmed drums.
Feature
1. Forklift attachment professional tool for lifting, moving and stowing 30 & 55 gallon steel or polyethylene drums;
2. Suitable working with overhead hoist or hook from forklift;

4. Designed for use with standard steel or poly drums with at least a 3/16” chime;
5. Quick and easy attachment and removal;
6. Manual tong Model DM500 suitable for open top or tight head steel drums, and plastic drums with L or XL ring;
7. DM500A Easy moves and handles open or closed head, loaded steel drums. Allows quick, gentle loading into over packs and keeps drums upright during lift, reducing spills and injuries;
8. Drum Pincer DM500B can easily and safely move the drum by working with overhead hoist or hook from forklift;
9. Three models are all with Load capacity 500kg;
10. Weight of drum contents must not exceed drum manufacturer\'s packing limit;
11. Drum lid must be properly secured;

Applications
1. All steel construction Drum Tong DM500 is popularly used for lifting 210 litre rimmed drums with overhead hoist in chemical plants and food plants, you can operate set locking lever in locked open position. When central over the horizontal drum release lever to allow hooks to fall and locate under both rims. Hooks automatically engage as is lifted and disengage as drum is set down;
2. Lifting Drum Hoist DM500A can work easily with overhead hoist or hook from forklift to move and handle open or closed head, loaded steel drums. It allows quick, gentle loading into overpacks and keeps drums upright during lift, reducing spills and injuries.
3. Drum Lifter, Drum Pincer DM500B can easily and safely grip, lift and move most steel and plastic rimmed drums.
