CTC Production Line (Continuous Transposed Conductor)
CTC production line is designed to manufacture continuously transposed conductor, a kind of winding wire commonly used in large capacity, high voltage level energy-economic transformers. A certain number (odd number) of enamelled rectangular wires, through bending and repeatedly intersecting and transposition, become into a stranded conductor which is then covered with insulating paper. Thus, desired CTC cable is achieved.
Construction Features
(1) The CTC production line can manufacture 24-88 wire windings at a time. We can also design and manufacture CTC production line according to customers’ demands.
(2) The wire-reel inside the cage comes with sizes of Φ400 and Φ500.
(3) The production line can finish super-long distance despoiling and the maximum despoiling angle is less than 16°.
(4) The continuously transposed conductor production line is equipped with mechanical twist-removal system and medical grade stainless steel threading-pipe whose inner walls are mirror finished.
(5) The CTC production line is driven by an AC servo variable frequency system, and it comes with a programmable controller, industrial type 14" color screen and communication type data exchange. It can achieve high precision synchronous control for each independent driving system. Also, the production line has memory, automatic updating and remote diagnosis functions.
(6) Equipped with 8-10° forceful horizontal wire-straightening device which comes with tensile adjustment function.
(7) The wire-transposition device comes with constant pressure and can achieve gapless adjustment. The transposition distance is 22-35mm, and the transposition frequency is less than 120 times per minute.
(8) Tensile compensation type insulating paper wrapping machine can achieve overlap coefficient from 40%-70%. While lapping with butt gaps, the gap width is less than 2mm. Also, the lapping machine is designed with intersecting parallel type lead frame.
(9) The mould surface can be sprayed with industrial ceramics using ion plating technology.
(10) The conductor production line is equipped with double-workstation crawler-type traction unit which comes with inductance type traction force display and adjustment system.
(11) In order to ensure reliable performance, the continuously transposed conductor production line is equipped with SIEMENS brand components, including low voltage electrical apparatus, communication unit, control units, and the electrical motor and driving system for each functioning system.
