Double Twister Feature

1.       Individual motor driving system for bow, capstan, spooler or one main driving system are available.

2.       Equipped with noise absorb safety cover.

3.       Strand pitch obtained by two ways.

a.       by means of change gears

b.       digital setting by programmable PLC

4.       Spool bobbin size from 760mm-1250mm are motorized wind by one main or individual DC motor.

5.       A programmable controller can automatically control the powder brake or hysteresis brake to obtain a steady and fine tension for wire wound on spool reel.

6.       Subsequence equipments.

a.       Pretwister device.

b.       Compact device.

c.       Mechanical tension pay-off stand.

d.       Belt type wire tension capstan.
