This machine is used to lap insulation paper over combined magnetic wire conductors. Its taping machines first lap separate single wire and then laps them together into combined conductor. It can produce from 2 up to 6 flat wire conductors with different components. It uses patented tangential taping heads with the tension system which ensures the constant tension over insulation in production from full pad to end pad. This machine enjoys high reputation and is used by many of major magnetic wire producer around world for its high speed and efficiency, safety and reliability.
The exact line configuration will be based on required number of wires, taping layers and reel sizes.
It can be single wire taping or multi-wire taping.

4) Caterpillar towing device: thicker synchronized gear type belt, ensuring even line speed
5) Full enclosing cover: avoiding dust taped into wire
6) Take-up: moment motor drive, constant-tension taking-up, slick rod wiring, take-up disk motorized elevating.
