Introduction:
The dry mortar mixing plant is consisting of 3 stages:
Stage 1, raw material drying, treating and batching; with equipments needed to dry sand material, weigh different materials, and make material ratio be qualified for different usage of dry mortar production.
Stage 2, material mixing and dry mortar making; with equipments for producing dry mortar, and different powder material conveying equipments are needed, accurate control system are needed for material weighing and mixing control.
Stage 3, dry mortar bagging and storage, or silo storage, or car transporting discharge; with facilities and machinery for bagging dry mortar, or vehicles for transporting finished dry mortar to usage site.
The production lines are designed basing on customer requirements, with designed operation life and production capacity basing on local dry mortar demand market at customer site. They are set up under efficiency and cost saving arrangement, and have reliable working performance during their service life.
The whole dry mortar plant consists of different departments: the accounting dept., the production line dept., the human resource dept., the sourcing dept. for clay material, fuel, water, electricity, the sales dept., the equipment maintenance dept., etc. And the digital-intelligent plant management system can be applied in the plant for easy, timely and accurate guidance and control of the whole plant.

Working schedule: 1-3 shifts daily, 300-330 days annually
