Description
1. Characteristics
A. HB industrial gear boxes have 3 to 26 types specifications, gear reducer series have grade 1 to 4 ,
the ratio is 1.25 to 450;
B. Industrial gear boxes using a common design, realize parallel shaft , bevel helical generic box ,
parts species decreased, specifications increases;
C. Gear box with sound-absorbing box structure , large surface area and a large fan box, spur gear
and bevel gear grinding using advanced technology , the machine \'s temperature& noise reduction , improved reliability of operation , transmission power increases;
D. Installation: base installation, hollow shaft mounting, swing base mounted, torque arm mounting .
E. The input mode contains motor coupling flange, shaft input;
F. The output mode contains solid shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with flat key, swelling of the hollow
shaft coupling disc, splined hollow shaft , splined shaft and solid flanged solid shaft;
G. According to customer requirements to equip with backstop, and combined with R series or K series portfolio to greater ratio.
2. Product Brief Induction
This kind of gear box is used for mechanism, just like belt conveyor. The key components are finished
with alloy steel. The gears and gear shafts are finished by gas carburising process and precise grounding to sequentially get high loading capacity of per certain volume.
