Description:
1. Characteristics
A. ZLYJ series gearbox is adopted by six-side processing box, Its normal installation is horizontal, but can also be changed to vertical installation according to customers\' requirement.
B. The material of gear is the high strength alloy steel, it is manufactured by carburizing, quenching( and other heat treatment), grinding process at last. The gear is in high precision( 6 grade) and high hardness( reaches HRC54-62). Besides, it features low noise when operating.
C. With high bearing ability thrust block, which is performed reliable and can withstand larger axial thrust

3. Brief Introduction for ZLYJ Series Gear Reducer & Its Picture Show
ZLYJ series speed reducers are high precision hardening tooth flank transmission part with thrust bearing housing. They are designed for plastic screw-rod extruder according to JB/T9050.1-1999. The gears and axes are made of high strength alloy steel. The gears are manufactured by way of carburizing hardening, precision grinding. Its precision is up to Grade 6(JB/T9050.1-1999.). Hardness of tooth flank is HRC54-62. Thrust bearing is in front of output hollow shaft to accommodate screw-rod back pressure forces. Bearings, oil seals and some other standard units are quality products and they can also be imported goods to meet customers\' requirements.
