Our gearbox adopts two-speed design: high speed and low speed. You can change speed by manual or by air-powered. The reduction gearbox includes bed, cover, drive unit and lubrication system. The bed adopts universal connection dimension, which improves products commonality. In order to avoid oil leakage caused by high pressure, there is an abat-vent on the top of the cover; In order to observe gear running condition, there is a view window on the cover. The drive unit includes input shaft assembling, intermediate shaft assembling, output shaft assembling, feed driller shaft assembling and fork system. Because of adopting universal connection dimension, it fulfils the product exchange. The lubrication adopts external stainless steel pipeline. The lubrication mode is forced oil spray lubrication.
